DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITIES

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has granted Government-wide Direct Hire Authority that allows agencies to appoint candidates directly to certain information technology positions. OPM has also granted Department of Defense Direct Hire Authority for certain healthcare positions. Under direct hire procedures, each installation will accept resumes and make selections for vacancies as they occur. Base addresses and application procedures can be found at the PDF files below.
